About The Role
We are looking to employ a reliable mobile cleaning operative working in the North Tyneside area.
The role involves carrying out planned and reactive cleaning tasks for a regional portfolio of local authority sheltered housing schemes, following Morgan Sindall Property Services required policies and procedures, ensuring that the location is clean, pleasant, safe and well maintained.
About You
It’s vital that you have experience in a multi-site fast paced cleaning environment.
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
The role would suit hard working cleaning operatives who wish to be part of a growing successful business.It would be advisable that you should be fit and active and expectant of duties that would arise from working in a regional multi-site mobile cleaning capacity.
You must have a full clean UK driving licence as a commercial vehicle will be provided for business use only.
