Lovell London Region is operational in London, M25 area and further afield in Hampshire. The business is focused upon the construction of new build private sale and affordable housing and is currently in the midst of substantial growth.
We are recruiting for a Customer Care Operative to undertake remedial work on residential properties throughout operational region.
A general knowledge of construction and new build houses would be advantageous and candidates will need to be able to demonstrate competency in a variety of tradeskills, including painting and decorating, carpentry, plastering, mastic and general handymany/DIY tasks. You will have excellent customer service skills too.
A full clean driving licence is essential in this role as a company van (for business use only) is provided. The successful applicant must be well-presented (a uniform is provided) and be able to communicate effectively with our residents, site personnel and trades.
