Job Title: Electrician (Multi-skilled)
Salary: £24,000 – £25,500 per annum
Based: Stranraer and the surrounding areas

Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) is a modern maintenance organisation delivering repair services to 10,500 homes across Dumfries and Galloway Region. We are proud of our high levels of performance and customer satisfaction and are committed to providing a service that is value for money for our customers. We are actively growing our organisation and are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Electrician with additional skills to deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of our properties in Stranraer and the surrounding areas. You will need to use your specialist knowledge and customer service experience to assist us in making a real difference to the lives of our customers
About You
We are looking for an Electrician with additional skills to join our Repairs and Maintenance team who is reliable, trustworthy and who can deliver excellent quality work to help us with our “first time fix” approach to repairs whilst delivering a first class customer experience.
You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and refurbishment work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
You must be trained to 17th Addition wiring regulations
