Role: Systems Trainer (MSi)
Salary: £ 27,000 - £ 30,000 plus generous benefits including company car (grade 6) / car allowance £ 5,100
Based: National (Sheffield is the office location)

Morgan Sindall Property Services is the service division of the £2 billion Morgan Sindall Group. We work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of facility management and responsive repair and maintenance activity. Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.
About the role
This is an exciting, newly defined and critical role within our IT structure, designed to ensure the smooth implementation of our market leading IT system MSi. This role will sustain our reputation for innovation and excellent customer service, giving us a unique selling point in our sector.
You will take prime responsibility for identifying training needs across a variety of occupational groups and designing effective solutions recognising varying learning styles and ensuring a sustained input and transferability of knowledge and skills.
Specifically you will:
- Provide mobilisation/transitional support and instruction on the business process systems particularly for our extensive mobile workforce
- Champion the mobilisation, education and ongoing development of both our quality systems and the MSi platform across the business.
- You will be a technically competent systems trainer with capability and experience of understanding how this role will help deliver excellent customer service, maintain high quality relationships and balancing a variety of stakeholder interests.
The role will be providing support nationally so you must be prepared to travel when the business requires it. The office will be based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
