Talented people are the key to our success

Morgan Sindall provides national design, construction and infrastructure service to private and public sector customers across a comprehensive range of markets. We aim to create great results for our customers, partners and ourselves.

We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious accounts assistant to join our purchase ledger team here in our central finance department.

As an accounts assistant, you will support the supervisors and accounts payable manager to ensure the smooth operation of an effective accounts payable function to the business. You will be involved in processing paper e-invoices and credits onto the COINS accounting system as well as arranging approval for payments. You will be exposed to handling telephone and email queries from suppliers and subcontractors and the wider business.

Whether your looking to start your career in finance, or looking to build upon your experience, or even have an eye for figures, we would love to hear from you. Ideally you will have previous experience of accounts payable work, either processing a high volume of invoices or processing against purchase orders and costing invoices against different cost centres.
