We have a vacancy for the position of Technical Assistant within the technical team of the North West & North Wales region, to be based in Altrincham, Cheshire.

The purpose of this role will be to assist in the management and coordination of the design and technical processes from project pre-start, through to site delivery and collation of post-completion reports and data. The post holder will also be expected to act as point of contact between the technical team and the wider business.

Applicants will need to have a good understanding of the development process with particular emphasis on the administration and management of technical information and the production technical reports and assessments, or will need to be able to demonstrate their capacity and attitude for acquiring this competency in post.
