We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious assistant site manager to join our growing team in Brixton.

As an assistant site manager you will assist with ensuring that the construction of the development proceeds efficiently in accordance with the programme and within the budgeted costs.

Already experienced as an assistant site manager you will have a minimum HNC/HND in Construction (or equivalent) and you will hold a valid Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certificate.  You will have some knowledge of construction practices and standards within their subject and you will be able to assist with ensuring that the construction of the development proceeds efficiently. You will have experience working for a similar main contractor, in an inner city environment on projects with values up to £20 million including commercial new build.
