Quality Site Manager - Fixed Term Contract 

Location: Brixton

We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious quality site manager to join our growing team in Brixton.

As a quality site manager, you will provide the management of labour, plant, materials and subcontractors to ensure that construction activities are carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with programme, budget and quality requirements with particular emphasis on quality of the finished building. You will ensure that a quality inspection recording and sign off regime is in place to effect timely identification and rectification of defective or sub-standard work. 

Already experienced as a senior site manager or site manager, finishing manager, clerk or works or snagging manager, you will have previous knowledge of traditional construction activities and the proven abilitiy to supervise sub-contractors. You will have a strong understanding and working knowledge of environmental management and quality systems. This is a fixed term contract for 18 months.
