We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious BIM implementation manager to join our successful Construction North team based in Manchester and will cover the whole of the northern region.
As our BIM implementation manager you will manage and promote BIM implementation and integration within the business. The role will lead in training and educating colleagues throughout about best practice and requires practical knowledge of BIM modelling software and the ability to focus on the benefits BIM can add, thereby enthusing and supporting others in its adoption and use. You will be responsible for supporting the development and agreement of clear BIM implementation strategies at tender and project stages, working with our enthusiastic project teams, supply chain and clients.
Already experienced in the implementation of BIM within a business you will have a good understanding of a range of BIM software. You will have experience working within the construction or infrastructure sectors and have the ability to enthusiastically embrace and manage BIM strategies and technologies. Having recently undertaken our BSI BIM Level 2 accreditation assessment, a knowledge of this and BSI requirements will be useful.
