Role: Labourer / Driver (Operations Engineer)
Salary: £ 20,000 per annum plus generous benefits
Based: Southend-on-Sea, Essex

Morgan Sindall Property Services is the service division of the £2 billion Morgan Sindall Group. We work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of facility management and responsive repair and maintenance activity. Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.
About The Role
Main duties will be assisting trades, keeping the site clean and tidy as well as delivering materials to sites.
- Provide an efficient driving and labouring service to void and occupied properties.
- Provide a delivery and collection service as required by the Team Leader.
- Plan, co-ordinate and undertake delivery of materials to and from sites.
- You will provide general back up labouring duties to the responsive repairs team in occupied and void properties.
- You will be able to produce work to a high standard and ensure that it’s carried out in accordance with Health & Safety procedures.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have experience of working on sites ideally in the social housing market.
You will be reliable with a positive attitude to work, a willingness to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
You will have excellent communication and customer service skills whilst being committed to providing a responsive customer orientated service.
You must have a full UK Driving Licence to be considered for this role.
