Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Team: Group Marketing
Reports to: Head of Marketing

Role Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Morgan Sindall Fit Out marketing team, based in our Newman Street office in London. You will take responsibility for delivering a digital strategy and programme, promoting the iconic Fit Out brands, Morgan Lovell and Overbury. The ideal candidate should have an excellent knowledge of digital marketing and a passion for anything digital, with a clear understanding of its commercial impact.
Responsibilities
This is a broad and fast paced role, covering a number of digital marketing areas, including budget responsibility. Key responsibilities include:
Web Development
- Managing the Overbury and Morgan Lovell websites
- Work with web design agencies to improve usability, conversion and SEO
Content Strategy
- Work closely with the wider business and marketing agencies to plan and deliver high quality digital content, including; blogs, videos, case studies and photography
Email Marketing
- Planning, launching and managing email marketing campaigns
- Work with CRM team to ensure integration with company database
Social Media
- Manage Overbury’s and Morgan Lovell’s social media channels, including; Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Instagram
Traffic Acquisition
- Manage pay-per-click campaigns and analyse for return on investment
- Implement a SEO strategy, ensuring high ranking positions across a wide range of search items
Skills
- Digital marketing skills a must
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
- A strong team player with great communication skills
- Excellent organisation and a keen eye for detail
- A proficient writer
Experience
- Experience in creating and running a digital marketing programme in a business to business environment
- Experience in executing email marketing campaigns, search engine optimisation, pay-per-click, content marketing and social media
