Role: Service Engineer with either a Carpentry or Plumbing bias

Salary: £ 28,000 per annum plus generous benefits

Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex

About the Role

You will be working alongside a small team of engineers, working in predominately void properties but also in day to day repairs if and when required.

Normal carpentry / plumbing duties are to be carried out as and when required.

 

About You

You will need to be extremely customer focussed, have the ability to liaise with a wide range of people at all levels, coupled up with the desire to achieve high levels of quality in all aspects of works within the building.

You will have a background of working on site in carpentry and or plumbing or supervisory positions sufficient to give an in depth understanding of work stream processes which the individual is responsible for supervising.

Knowledge and experience of building trade health and safety.

As a minimum you should have a trade background recognised by either City and Guilds or NVQ certification.

Training certificates in: Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Manual Handling.
