Role: Site Manager
Salary: £ 37,500 - £ 42,500 dependant on experience

Morgan Sindall Property Services is the service division of the £2 billion Morgan Sindall Group. We work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of facility management and responsive repair and maintenance activity. Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our team working on our Barnet contract. Reporting to the Project Manager, the role will require you to ensure the successful delivery of planned maintenance works on budget, on time and, in a safe manner and fully in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Package
- The role includes a company car (Grade 5) or car allowance of £5,700
- 26 days annual holiday plus UK bank holidays

About You
You should be a customer focused individual who holds, as a minimum; an IOSH or SMSTS certificate, Scaffold Inspection/Awareness qualification, CSCS Card holder and a First Aid qualification.
Although not essential having the following qualifications would be advantageous; First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Working At Height and Manual Handling.
You must have experience of managing a team working on internal and external refurbishment works in the social housing sector, have a reasonably good technical knowledge of all refurbishment works along with being able to managing variation order processes.
Also you must be commercially aware and have a good health & safety awareness & discipline.
