Morgan Sindall Property Services is the service division of the £2 billion Morgan Sindall Group. We work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of facility management and responsive repair and maintenance activity. Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.
About The Role
The role involves providing a support service and facilitating the implementation of HR policy and strategy.
There is a large volume of transactional activity including resourcing, HR system updating, utilisation of our Applicant Tracking System and also by providing first level advice to line managers.
This is an exciting, critical role within our structure, designed to champion the HR process by managing all aspects of day to day HR operations, applying policies and procedures. Providing people related information to assist in the achievement of objectives, you will proactively assist in the improvement of agreed HR metrics and reflecting HR performance.
About You
We are looking to appoint someone, preferably CIPD qualified, with a broad HR experience, to act as an expert of the HR systems and processes. You will be well organised, resilient and conscientious, and be influential in developing and sustaining positive relationships with your internal customers.
