We are currently recruiting for a talented and motivated HR Advisor to join our Utility Services team based mainly in Cumbria, with national travel required.
You will be responsible for a geographic region and the sites and contracts that fall within these. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide a first class HR generalist service to your area. Key to your success will be your ability to coach stakeholders; fostering strong working partnerships.
The role of HR Advisor has a diverse range of responsibilities, and the successful candidate will have solid generalist experience particularly within employee relations, absence management and performance management providing our line management team with the advice and support to manage their teams in line with Company policies and procedures.
Successful candidates will be educated to a minimum of A Level or equivalent and hold CIPD level 3-5. You will have proven HR operational experience and be confident to operate daily in a standalone capacity, whilst utilising the support structure available within remote centralised functions.
