Who are we?
With a wide geographic reach and a diverse mix of clients, the Southern team of 67 staff, led by managing director Andrew Boyle, has a busy pipeline of traditional fit out and commercial refurbishment projects up to the value of £10m. Based in Bracknell, the team works outside of the M25, stretching south to the coastline and north to a defined boundary above Bedford and below Cambridge. One of the team’s more high-profile projects in the region, currently under construction, is the Ben Ainslie Racing HQ in Portsmouth. Other refurbishments have included a number of public sector jobs, including council offices, PwC, Cisco, and Oracle.
You will be responsible for:
Understanding the full scope of work and the breakdown of all packages.
Controlling and overseeing the raising of orders, order tracking, invoicing, billing and payments.
Monitoring resources and costs on site – site diary reviews / labour and material reconciliations.
Support any contracting issues and contract administration reporting the finding to the Contracts Manager.
Identify, quantify and monitor all variations.
Final accounts at project close, accounts and final statements in support of the Contracts Manager.
