Staff Position will consider a contractor.
An enthusiastic individual is required to support the Architectural department through all stages of the RIBA design process.
Technical knowledge
Essential:
Excellent technical detailing and specification experience/ability throughout developed design, technical design and construction support project phases
Production of 3D components and 2D technical information in the BIM environment using Revit Architecture
A strong understanding of multi-disciplinary design and integration of other disciplines models into the architectural model
Knowledge and use of NBS/NBS Create Specification Writer
Advantageous:
Use of Navisworks
Use of 3D visualisation software (Lumion or similar)
Use of Microstation, Sketch-up
Skills & Abilities
Ability to solve design issues / provide technical design solutions
Manage and lead the production of deliverables and design on a project
Ability to work well either alone or within a team environment
Drive and enthusiasm to produce accurate, well presented technical details
Good communication and presentation skills
