We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Proposals Manager.
The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated managers.
We are looking for managers who have a wealth of knowledge in the main contracting market.
Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million is an advantage.
We are looking for people who share our passion for the project at hand whilst also being able to work within a fun and hardworking team environment.
The role within a newly formed pre-construction team
We are recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious Proposals Manager to join our newly formed pre-construction team based in Euston, London.
As our Proposals Manager you will be Responsible for working as part of the Pre Contract and Business Development Team, as proposals lead to create high quality submission documents that help the business to win work.
You will be educated to professional level with a relevant degree with previous experience of developing proposals, preferably within the construction industry and you will have extensive experience in producing winning bid documents with style structure and persuasion.
Going forward a key element of your role will be to train staff, outside of pre-construction team, in the coherent bid writing process to increase the ability of the organisation to produce winning bids.
