The Role

Starting in September 2017, you will be recruited as a Site Management Graduate, completing a structured 6 week induction to the business before focussing on your role. During the two years of the graduate programme you will work mainly in our offices learning the art of site management, but also spend a number of weeks in a variety of placements in other departments to gain an insight into the wider business.  There are 6 week placements in the Commercial and Technical departments, and 2 week placements in Sales & Marketing, Customer Care, Health & Safety and Business Development.  In addition you will attend graduate programme days at our head office in Tamworth and around the business. You will also complete the Institute of Leadership and Management’s Level 2 Award in Team Leading as an introduction to the world of management, and we will support your progress to full CIOB membership.

Skills & Experience

Candidates will have graduated in 2016 or be graduating in 2017 and have gained or be predicted to gain at least a 2.1 in a construction related degree such as Quantity Surveying. A RICS or CIOB approved degree course would be an advantage.
