The Contract Administrator will support the Capital projects team working across NHS Property Services and Community Solutions. The project team is formed of Senior Management and project managers, individuals with a variety of disciplines, such as FM/Estates Management, Lifecycle Management, Property Development and others as required, collectively tasked, under the direction of a both the Principal Construction Manager (NHS PS) and General Manager (CSPS), to efficiently and professionally ensure the management of a series of projects from inception through to construction completion/occupation.
