Role: Customer Performance Co-ordinator (Scheduler)

Salary: £19,000-£23,000 dependant on experience

Based: Cambridge

Morgan Sindall Property Services is the service division of the £2 billion Morgan Sindall Group. We work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of facility management and responsive repair and maintenance activity. Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.

 

About The Role

The purpose of this role is to deliver a first class customer care service to our clients. By co-ordinating activities including defect management and constant communication across all channels. Delivering an excellent level of client liaison to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Specifically you will:

  • Effectively plan and schedule Engineers to ensure that the scheduling process is delivering maximum productivity
  • Provide an efficient and effective administrative service
  • Assist the team in the day to day management and administrative compliancy of the Morgan Sindall pillars, ensuring a Perfect Delivery service. 
  • Support in the interpretation of data generated by the business process systems, and action accordingly with communication across a variety of stakeholders

About You

You will be either a technically competent scheduler, planner or administrator with significant potential, capability or experience of delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high quality relationships.

Candidates must have experience of working in the Social Housing sector (or similar industry); with the ability to maintain full operational control of PFI contracts, lead and support the day to day function of the team; scheduling, resource utilisation, variations and risk escalation. You will have proven Customer Service skills and be able to Monitor and complete client reporting and KPI information.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and deliver effective interaction with all members of the customer service team.You will have the ability to maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrate honesty with colleagues and contribute to team projects in participating where possible to make your mark.
