We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious sub agent to join our growing team in Cumbria.
As a sub agent you will be responsible for the management of the construction site in order to achieve required project delivery to the customers’ objectives, while maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control.
Already experienced as a sub agent you will have a relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/BEng) or equivalent and you will have extensive civil engineering and construction experience. You will be able to produce, explain accurate plans and drawings and you will have a sound knowledge of construction methods, health and safety, and legal regulations.
