Morgan Sindall Property Services is the service division of the £2 billion Morgan Sindall Group. We work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of facility management and responsive repair and maintenance activity. Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a bias of roofing to join the business working on our Swansea contract. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the role will require you to carry out day to day repairs.
You should help us to achieve a high level of first time fix carrying out quality repairs and delivering excellent customer service.
The position includes a company van, fuel card, uniform and PDA. All training is provided to help you do the job to the best of your ability. There will also be an opportunity to be part of the Out of Hours rota.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Roofer with additional skills to join our Repairs and Maintenance team who is reliable, trustworthy and who can deliver excellent quality work to help us with our “first time fix” approach to repairs whilst delivering a first class customer experience.
You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
