Lovell London Region is operational in the London area, around the M25 and home counties. The business is focused upon the construction of new build private sale and affordable housing and we are currently in the midst of substantial growth.
We are looking for an experienced New Build Site Manager to join the Operations team, based at our large regeneration development in Woolwich, South East London.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate proven and competent experience of concrete frame and traditional build construction. Experience of high rise over six floors is essential. Applications would ideally need to demonstrate a background in stage completions for high rise, and experience in trade package management as well as total section management.
Applicants will be responsible for:
- Metsec
- Windows
- EDPMs
- Brickwork
- Roof waterproofing / hot, melt
Extensive knowledge of high quality internal finishing’s both in private open market, affordable and social housing units, and working to current NHBC and building regulations. Also great site presentation skills.
Essential criteria as follows:
- Minimum H&S, SMSTS and CSCS card
- Scaffold awareness
- First aid and fire marshal
- Temporary works supervisor
- Computer literate
Experienced and competent man manager with good people skills and good communication skills for client/resident liaison.
The position will be site based and report to the Project Manager.
