Role: Partnership Manager

Salary: £57,500 - £65,000 depending on experience

Based: London - Islington, Hackney, Camden

Morgan Sindall Property Services Ltd is the service division of the £2 billion Morgan Sindall Group. We work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of facility management and responsive repair and maintenance activity. Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.

 

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Partnership Manager to provide direction and authentic leadership to three of our London contracts, championing a ‘perfect delivery’ service and KPIs including; delivering profitability in line with agreed budgets, S,H&E management, contract compliance and excellent customer relationships. 

Reporting to the Regional Director the role will require the successful candidate to take responsibility for the delivery of excellent operational performance. Managing both directly employed and subcontracted resources, ensuring they are managed and motivated to deliver cost effective, high quality customer focussed outputs.

About you

Candidates must have proven experience of managing multi-million pound contracts within the responsive repairs and maintenance industry, ideally in the social housing sector. Prospective candidates should be able to demonstrate experience of leading integrated teams on similar schemes with evidence of successfully delivering operational, financial and Health & Safety performance. The successful candidate will pocess a recognised site management qualification (CIOB level or equivalent).

Candidates should be able to demonstrate at least 5 years’ experience of managing similar schemes, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to deliver effective interaction with all members of the operational Management Teams. You will have the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders and ensure best practice prevails on all activities within the Partnership.

You may have experience in the following; S&E, Commercial Awareness Management, Project Strategy, Commercial Issues, Construction, Building Management Systems, Procurement, Risk Management and Sub-Contract co-ordination.
