We are currently seeking to appoint proactive and highly motivated Assistant Site Managers to supplement our existing New Build operations team within our SW&SW region, initially based at the Hawkfield Road, Hartcliffe, Bristol site.
The successful applicant will report to a Site Manager and Build Manager will have already gainedexperience in all areas of site production and programme, as well as material delivery and cost control. Quality and Health & Safety standardsare paramount and responsibilities include adherence to business management systems, NHBC standards and the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine commitment to our construction sector and a desire to gain further experience in managing a supply chain and ability to work to clear deadlines. It is envisaged that a sound knowledge of building regulations, NHBC standards and Health and Safety legislation will further be enhanced. Experience of working on Mixed Tenure schemes is essential and good client relationships
We are looking for an assertive and confident individual who is proactive, flexible and able to take ownership for their work, combined with the ability to develop strong management and communication skills. Being able to deputise for the Site Manager from time to time is a prerequisite.
