Lovell London Region is operational in London, the M25, and home counties. The business is focused upon the construction of new build private sale and affordable housing and is currently in the midst of substantial growth.
We currently have a vacancy for a Buyer to be based on site at our large long term regeneration development in Woolwich, South East London.
As part of the Purchasing team the role will involve the scheduling and procurement of materials and plant at both delivery and tender stages for our new build projects. The ideal candidate is expected to liaise with internal and external customers to achieve best value and ensure deadlines are met. We are looking for a committed and driven individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills who is able to contribute to various team meetings and value engineering initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and demonstrate commitment to quality standards and a customer focus.
