Morgan Sindall is a UK construction and infrastructure business part of Morgan Sindall Group plc, the company works for private and public sector customers on projects and frameworks from £50,000 to over £1 billion. Activities range from small works and repair and maintenance, to the design and delivery of complex construction and engineering projects where it is able to provide specialist design, tunnelling, utilities, building, civil engineering and mechanical and electrical services. The company operates across the commercial, defence, education, energy, healthcare, industrial, leisure, retail, transport and water markets.

As part of a team you’ll work alongside professional building services engineers on a wide variety of schemes over a variety of sectors. You will be trained in the use of the latest computer-aided drafting and design packages, including Computational Fluid Dynamics, AMTECH, Cymap, IES dynamic thermal modelling and various lighting visualisation packages.

Our Graduate Programme

You will join the Morgan Sindall Graduate Academy comprising key personal skills development and technical modules delivered over a two year period. Our graduate development programme provides the opportunity, through regular training events, for all graduates to meet and network with other graduates from around the business. 

What you’ll gain

Aligned with your job role or discipline you will be enrolled onto the appropriate institution’s professional development scheme. You will be assigned a mentor to support and guide your progression through to Chartered or full membership.    

Eligibility

You should be studying towards or hold a relevant accredited degree; we’ll consider applications from people with any degree classification.
