As a graduate civil engineer you’ll play a key role working on site, managing the day to day running of operations. Promoting a high standard of health and safety, carrying out setting out duties accurately and on time and ensuring quality control requirements are met in accordance with the customer specification.

Our Graduate Programme

You will join the Morgan Sindall Graduate Academy comprising key personal skills development and technical modules delivered over a two year period. Our graduate development programme provides the opportunity, through regular training events, for all graduates to meet and network with other graduates from around the business. 

What you’ll gain

Aligned with your job role or discipline you will be enrolled onto the appropriate institution’s professional development scheme. You will be assigned a mentor to support and guide your progression through to Chartered or full membership.

You should be studying towards or hold a relevant accredited degree; we’ll consider applications from people with any degree classification.
