Opportunity:

We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Proposals Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated Preconstruction professionals.

We are looking for Proposals Coordinator who have a wealth of knowledge in the main contracting market.

Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million is an advantage.

We are looking for people who share our passion for the project at hand whilst also being able to work within a fun and hard working team environment.

 

Responsibilities:

As a Proposals Coordinator, you will

  • Assist the proposals and business development teams to create high quality submission documents.
  • Share ideas to raise standards of submission.
  • Engage with the wider bid and project teams to ensure all ideas are captured and developed.
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete.

 

Already experienced as a proposals coordinator, You will be degree qualified and have the ability to create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters and financial statements, using word processing, spread sheet, database and/or other presentation software such as Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Photoshop etc.

 

About the Cambridge Team :

“With a friendly and welcoming office, the Cambridge team is responsible for some of the most striking and interesting projects in the Cambridge area – including the flagship school for the new Alconbury Weald development and the glass clad Botanic House in the city centre.  As the area continues to grow, we are now looking to fill our order book for 2018, with a pipeline of exciting opportunities”.
