Based in London, and spearheaded by managing director Andy Paton, the Core team is responsible for the delivery of traditional fit out and commercial refurbishment projects up to the value of £5m, within the M25. From Sky Sports Studio and Warner Music, to GVA and Pernod Ricard, the Core team has established a solid reputation for delivering excellence and in 2016 the 109-person team delivered over 70 projects across London.
What do you need to know?
- Have proven experience as a PA at director level of supporting busy and demanding directors along with their team
- Attention to detail; efficient and highly organised; pro-active self-starter
- The company moves at a terrific pace due to the nature of their work and you must thrive under pressure and able to juggle many balls
- Must have a credible demeanor and the ability to push back when required
- Expected to use your initiative and not just follow instruction but think outside the box
- Act as a gatekeeper
- Able to hit the ground running and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and use of databases. InDesign is an advantage
What will you be doing?
All written correspondence including having access into his personal life so discretion and trust will be key
Updating Contacts - MD
Board IQ Estimate Chart - weekly
Monthly Board Reports – Board IQ
Monthly CVRs – typing up of notes
Monthly Organogram
Arranging Project Reviews and Sub-contractor Workshop bookings for Construction Director
Events
Arranging all lunches – venue sourcing, email invites etc
Arranging all meetings – via email or phone call
Logging client meetings on CRM
Personnel
Snowdrop HR database - Absence
Staff Letters –Salary/Promotions
New Starters/Leavers/Promotions – Emails to Team
PDP’s – booking, typing up, logging on Snowdrop
Liaison & managing bookings with the training and development team re Foundation members
Arranging and supporting meaningful work experience for school students
Socials events
Team Meeting
Christmas Party
Derby Day
