Opportunity:

We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Administrator & Receptionist.

The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated staff.

We are looking for an administrator & receptionist who have a wealth of knowledge in the main contracting market.

Experience of working in a similar role an advantage but not essential.

We are looking for people who share our passion for the project at hand whilst also being able to work within a fun and hard working team environment.

 

Responsibilities:

As a receptionist, you will:

  • Be first point of contact for the office dealing with all enquiries, whether in person or by telephone. 
  • This will involve operation of the telephone switchboard and liaison with the staff, internal/external customers and other stakeholders including members of the public.

Already experienced as a receptionist, you will be able to answer the telephone promptly, politely and pleasantly, transfer calls to the appropriate employees and offering help and assistance as required. You will also be able to greet visitors, assist visitors with visitor badges and deliver an excellent level of customer service.

 

About the Slough Team :

The Slough office is a newly formed division created to capitalise on our partnership arrangement with Slough Council, by creating a new Thames Valley, Surrey, and West London business unit. The team has grown in 2016 from 7 to almost 50 people, and is focused on early stage project management to create efficient solutions for customers. see http://www.slough-thinkingforward.co.uk/ for more information.
