DESCRIPTIVE TEXT
We are looking for a hardworking and committed Project Manager to carry out project management tasks as delegated by the Operations Manager, and be accountable for on site management of our prestigious MOD contract at (Salisbury Plain) Ludgershall, Wiltshire.
Reporting to the Operations Manager the role will ensure Lovell deliver its contractual responsibilities for the entire build programme on one of three sites forming the SFA scheme. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate extensive experience of the Project Management delivery of large housing sites.
The accountabilities and responsibilities:
· Production and programme, agreeing programme for Pre-Start and Sub-Contract resources
· To meet programme, and production deadlines
· Must be fully conversant with leading multiple site management teams on a large fast track, high volume housing development
· Proven ability to work autonomously reporting to Operations Manager
· Implementations and maintaining of LIMS
· Cost control and project specific KPIs
· Site set up and presentation and maintaining for contract duration
· Material delivery and control
· Liaison with external agencies – including client and design team
· Health, safety and environment
· Co-ordinate drawings and specifications using technical knowledge
· Ensure compliance of contractual obligations
· Effective communication with project team
· Sub-Contract Management
· Working relationships on site
· Give and receive feedback
· Full Driving Licence is essential
