Role: Resident Liaison Officer

Location: Camden, London

Salary: £ 24,000 - £ 32,000 per annum, dependant on experience

Morgan Sindall Property Services is the service division of the £2 billion Morgan Sindall Group.  We work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of facility management and responsive repair and maintenance activity. Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs. 

 

About the Role

We are looking for a number of enthusiastic and customer focussed Resident Liaison Officer's for our contract in Camden, preferably with internal and external refurbishment works experience in the social housing sector.

The role will be based around the following core duties:-

  • Linking with customer/residents / line management
  • Make initial contact with residents
  • Visit tenants with details of work content
  • Communicating with residents/ client throughout works programme

 

About You

You must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and you must be able to interpret drawings and produce reports. You will also have advanced knowledge of site administration and health and safety in occupied homes and experience as either an RLO or in a similar role.

You will possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and a full UK driving licence.
