We are looking for a hardworking and committed Customer Service Manager to deliver excellent customer service whilst complying with our service first and service delivery principles.
The role involves managing and delivering post contract and handover services to our clients and purchasers. To continually improve our customer journey and enhance our customer satisfaction results.
The successful applicant must be willing to travel throughout the whole of the Eastern region and will be able to demonstrate a proactive attitude towards achieving successful outcomes in the following areas:
- Successfully managing and motivating office based administrators and operatives
- Experience of the building industry
- Proven experience in customer care is essential, excellent communication and organisational skills
- Delivering quality
- Meeting deadlines
- Full Driving Licence
- Adhering to Service First principles
- Compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures in respect of Health, Safety, the Environment, LIMS, I.T. and Human Resources.
