A vacancy has arisen within the Business Development team to facilitate the growth and sustainability of the regions new build business activities.

The candidate will report through the Regional Partnerships Director and will be expected to assist the Regional Partnerships Director in the pursuit and management of new opportunities to facilitate the regions business plan and strategies.

In order to do this, the candidate will be expected to be the main interface for the regions client base and land agent contacts, and will be expected to gain a detailed insight into clients business and development plans and promote Lovell as a key Partner. The candidate will also be expected to be aware of the housing supply plans of the regions Local Authorities and be able to quickly appraise land opportunities, working with the Commercial Department, such that opportunities are moved forward.

The candidate will also regularly attend networking events to promote Lovell throughout the region and host events and evenings as required and directed.

Lovell are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and passionate person, who knows the new build residential industry and has a sound base of technical knowledge.
