We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious Customer Care Co-ordinator to join our team in Glasgow.

You will be required to manage and deliver the administration processes relevant to post contract/handover services to Client/Purchasers for the completion of defects.

Duties will include:

  • Keep maintenance system up to date.
  • Instruct various sub-contractors to attend and make good defects.
  • Ensure all defects tended to are closed on maintenance system and Client informed.
  • Provide defects reports as required.
