Talented People are the key to our success

Are you looking for a place to make your mark and build a career within the finance team of a leading UK construction and regeneration group?  Would you like to work for a company that will invest in you and give you a broad range of experience and skills to give you the best start? If your answers are yes please read on.

Morgan Sindall Group plc, with revenue of over £2 billion, operates through six divisions of construction and infrastructure, fit out, property services, partnership housing, urban regeneration and investments.

The diversity of our divisions allows us to offer a variety of rewarding and exciting opportunities to finance graduates. We believe in giving you key responsibilities from day one, with the support of a designated mentor, allowing you to really live the role of a finance manager.

We recognise that our success depends on our ability to attract and retain the most talented people. Our graduate finance scheme will give you the opportunity to learn about business from the inside. You will spend one year in Group finance, rubbing shoulders with the leadership team and gaining a solid grounding in financial reporting, internal audit, tax and treasury. You will also complete two placements in our divisions to gain valuable experience in operational and project finance, enabling you to really understand what makes a finance function tick. Over the course of the programme we will also support you to gain a professional qualification. You can expect a competitive salary and benefits including a discretionary bonus scheme, private healthcare and pension scheme.

To join us, you should be enthusiastic, relish a challenge and getting stuck in to problem solving.  You will enjoy working as part of a team, be able to understand procedures and policies; follow instructions and know when to ask for help or guidance.

We are looking for applicants with, or on track to achieve, at least a 2:1 degree.
