Vacancy: Maintenance Operations Apprentice
Salary: £ 5.14 per hour
Based: Billericay, Basildon, Essex

Morgan Sindall Property Services is the service division of the £2 billion Morgan Sindall Group. We work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of facility management and responsive repair and maintenance activity. Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.
About the role
A Trades Apprentice is required to provide support to the various functions based at Southend-on-Sea and the surrounding areas. You will be working on residential projects, mainly in the social housing sector.
This is an exciting variable role, you will be completing the following tasks including:

Painting & Decorating
-
Plumbing
- Carpentry
-
Working at heights
-
General labouring duties
-
Basic tool knowledge
About you
You will have a good attitude to work, a can do attitude with excellent customer service skills. You must be hardworking and flexible and be able to work as part of a team whilst using your own initiative.
