Due to the growth plans and expansion of the Lovell South Wales and South West of England Region we are currently seeking to appoint proactive and highly motivated Site Managers to join our New Build Operational Team.
The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience of managing budgets and ability to work to clear deadlines. A sound knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC standards and Health & Safety legislation is essential.
We are looking for assertive and confident individuals who are proactive, flexible and able to take ownership for their work, combined with the ability to develop strong management and communication skills.
