Role: Electrician
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Morgan Sindall Property Services is the service division of the £2 billion Morgan Sindall Group. We work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of facility management and responsive repair and maintenance activity. Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.
About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join our team working predominately on our Metropolitan contract however you may be asked to support other projects. Reporting to the Assistant Project Manager, the role will require you to carry out day to day repairs, electrical testing, fault finding and electrical installations.
You should help us to achieve a high level of first time fix carrying out quality repairs and delivering excellent customer service.
The position includes a company van, fuel card, uniform and PDA all training is provided to help you do the job to the best of your ability. There will also be an opportunity to be part of the Out of Hours rota.
Hours of work are 40hrs per week Monday to Friday.
About You
You should be a customer focused individual, experienced in working in occupied properties in the social housing sector, with a passion for completing a high quality repair on time and at the first visit.
This post has a minimum requirement for the following qualifications:
- C&G Pt 1&2 (or equivalent) for electrical Installations
- C&G 2382 17th Edition
- C&G 2391 or 2395 testing & Inspection
- Part P Qualified
Ideally you will also hold the following in date qualifications / certificates; CSCS/ JIB card, PASMA,IPAF, Working at Heights, Asbestos Awareness.
You must have a full UK licence to be considered for this role.
