We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Senior Building Service Manager (MEP).
The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated managers.
We are looking for managers who have a wealth of knowledge in the main contracting market.
Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million is an advantage.

As a senior building services manager (MEP) you will:
- Manage the various mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) related subcontractors through their contractor design portion (COP) design development, site installation and commissioning.
- Ensure all works are fully coordinated and delivered in accordance with the contract programme.
Already experienced as a building services manager, you will be qualified in mechanical, electrical and/or plumbing disciplines. You will have a full understanding of detailed MEP procedures and will have a good level of technical and professional expertise. You will have the ability to produce MEP design, installation and commissioning programmes.
About the North East and Cumbria Team:
The North East and Cumbria team are currently delivering projects across Yorkshire and Cumbria. They include the iconic-design Oastler Building at Huddersfield University and projects to transform the BAE manufacturing site in Barrow.
