Morgan Sindall Property Services is the service division of the £2 billion Morgan Sindall Group. We work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of facility management and responsive repair and maintenance activity. Our main areas of expertise include: property asset management, building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs and facilities management.
About The HR Advisor Role:
The role involves providing a support service and facilitating the implementation of HR policy and strategy within a rapidly expanding business.
There is a large volume of transactional activity including resourcing, HR system updating, utilisation of our Applicant Tracking System and also by providing first level employee relations advice to line managers.
This is an exciting, critical role within our structure, designed to champion the HR process by managing all aspects of day to day HR operations, applying policies and procedures. Providing people related information to assist in the achievement of objectives, you will proactively assist in the improvement of agreed HR metrics reflecting HR performance.
The ideal HR Advisor:
We are looking to appoint someone, with the passion to develop a career in people management, ideally part CIPD qualified or with a broad generalist HR experience. You will be well organised, resilient, conscientious, and influential in developing and sustaining positive relationships with your internal customers.
