We are looking for two enthusiastic and committed Management Trainees to join our Midlands region.
The successful applicants will gain a wide range of experience across the business and the construction industry before specialising in a chosen career. The programme lasts two years and participants have a series of placements in departments such as operations, commercial, sales and technical.
A qualification in Construction is completed as part of the programme. It can lead directly to a number of fulfilling careers, or can be used as a step towards a range of further academic development options for a career in the construction professions.
Entry Requirements:
MINIMUM: You must be at least 18 years of age and hold GCSE Maths and English at Grade A* to C. If you are over 21 years of age and have appropriate work experience, previous academic qualifications are not required.
FAVOURED: GCSE Maths, English and Science at Grade A* to C, and three A Levels Grade A* to C. Holding the Construction and Built Environment Diploma at Higher or Advanced Level Grade A* to C would be an advantage.
