Opportunity:

We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Administrator.

The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated professionals.

We are looking for administrators who have a wealth of knowledge in the main contracting market.

Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million is an advantage.

We are looking for people who share our passion for the project at hand whilst also being able to work within a fun and hardworking team environment.

 

Responsibilities:

As a pre-construction administrator, you will be

  • Responsible for performing all office based administrative activities proactively and efficiently, enabling all office staff to work easily and quickly and without disruption.
  • As an experienced administrator you will have experience of overseeing and coordinating all aspects of general office administration including maintaining administrative systems.
  • You will have undertaken all general office administrative duties in an efficient manner, always offering a good and consistent service to office staff.

You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and will ideally have pre-construction experience. You will also have experience of document control and diary management.
