Activities range from small works and repair and maintenance, to the design and delivery of complex construction and engineering projects where it is able to provide specialist design, tunnelling, utilities, building, civil engineering and mechanical and electrical services. The company operates across the commercial, defence, education, energy, healthcare, industrial, leisure, retail, transport and water markets. 

As a Graduate Site Manager within our business, you will assist the Site Team with the running and managing of the site; develop strategies to make the project successful and liaise with other construction professionals. Some key responsibilities will include:

Maintaining documentation and schedules

  • Assisting with checking and approving architect and engineer drawings
  • Resolving relatively minor issues
  • Working closely and effectively with internal customers and project teams
  • Learning about different areas of the business

You will join the Morgan Sindall Graduate Academy comprising key personal skills development and technical modules delivered over a two year period. Our graduate development programme provides the opportunity, through regular training events, for all graduates to meet and network with other graduates from around the business.
