Opportunity:
We have a fantastic opportunity within our Aviation business for an ambitious and talented Senior Project Manager within the Q6 Framework at Heathrow Airport.
The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of around 200 employees who are passionate and dedicated.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can successfully deliver the project to customer satisfaction and in accordance with Morgan Sindall standards. Previous Aviation experience would be highly advantageous, however if not then experience working within a regulated live operational environment would be expected.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Manager you will:
- Manage all aspects of the contract to a satisfactory conclusion
- Liaise effectively with customers & stakeholders
- Ensure a continuously improving health and safety culture
- Ensure Perfect Delivery of projects
- Take responsibility for the management of a site to appropriate time, cost and quality targets and develop, forecast and monitor performance against these targets
- Inform or consult with stakeholders and the public as appropriate to facilitate the delivery of the project
- Ensure that project costs are rigorously managed and expenditure is recorded accurately at all times
- Proactively deliver a quality installation to the customers satisfaction
- Deliver a high level of performance in key areas of health and safety, environment and quality constantly supporting our Perfect Delivery objectives
- Implement appropriate Morgan Sindall policies and procedures
- Manage the project risks and opportunities in line with company procedures
- Actively promote continuous improvement initiatives (customer and supplier feedback, back to basics, knowledge management)
- Manage the appropriate costs within the contract parameters ensuring maximum utilisation of resources
Already experienced in Project Management, you will be Degree qualified in a relevant field, with Chartered Membership of a professional institution.
About the Heathrow Team:
Morgan Sindall is 1 of 4 Delivery Integrators working at Heathrow Airport within the Q6 Framework. Our works are focused around the Airside / Landside Lot and cover a large portfolio of projectors working at Heathrow Airport within the Q6 Framework. Our works are focused around the Airside / Landside Lot and cover a large portfolio of projects that include civil engineering, mechanical and electrical and building works throughout the footprint of Heathrow Airport. We have a long history of successfully delivering works at Heathrow Airport and our reputation has been founded upon this. We have over 200 employees, including a direct labour force delivering these projects and a well-developed and trusted supply chain. We have a plan for long term growth year on year and this is underpinned by our recruitment programme, including experienced managers, a graduate recruitment process and also strengthening of our self-performing capabilities through investment in apprentices. Looking forwards there is even greater opportunities at Heathrow Airport within the next expansion plans and further afield the 3rd runway development.
