Description

Lovell London Region is operational in the London area, around the M25 and home counties.  The business is focused upon the construction of new build private sale and affordable housing and we are currently in the midst of substantial growth.

A vacancy has arisen for a Receptionist/Administrator at our modern offices based in Elstree, Herts.

Your key daily duties will be to meet and greet visitors to our offices and respond to and action telephone calls in a friendly yet professional manner.  In addition, you will be responsible for undertaking a number of administrative duties whilst covering the Reception. 

Applicants should be of smart appearance, well presented, computer literate with experience of Word and Excel, and possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written.  An outgoing and friendly disposition is essential. 

The successful applicant must be able to undertake additional hours as required to cover absences, occasionally at short notice. The hours of work are fixed at: 12.55pm-5.10pm Mon-Thurs inc. and 12.55pm-4.30pm on Friday, totalling 24.5 hours per week.

Due to our semi-rural location in Elstree, a car driver is essential, but we do have plenty of onsite free parking.
