Morgan Sindall Property Services is the service division of the £2 billion Morgan Sindall Group. We work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of facility management and responsive repair and maintenance activity. Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.
About The Role
We are currently seeking a experienced Ground Worker to join our Metropolitan Contract, based in Cambridge however this contract is spread across 7 counties throughout East Anglia. Reporting to the Assistant Project Manager, the role will require you to assist with carrying out day to day duties on the client’s 3700 (approx.) properties.
About You
You should be a customer focused individual, experienced in working in occupied properties & businesses with a passion for completing a high quality repair on time and at the first visit. You will be reliable and hard working.
As a minimum you should have:
- Time served as a groundworker/labourer
- Experience in fencing, drainage and small concreting tasks.
Although not essential having the following qualifications would be advantageous;
- CSCS card
- In date Asbestos awareness
- Working at height
- Manual handling qualifications. (Online approved course with certificate acceptable)
