We are looking to appoint an Administration Co-Ordinator to provide full administration support to the Board of Directors, by following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and effectively. We are looking for a highly organised, competent person who is able to multi-task, with good communication skills and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed for this very varied role.

To provide an effective administration support service role for the Board of Directors by following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and effectively. We are looking for a highly organised, competent person with good communication skills who is comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed for this very varied role.

 

  • Proven experience as office administrator/co-ordinator or in a similar role.
  • Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality essential.
  • Proficient in usage of MS Office, i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher and Indesign.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, therefore experience in customer service would be advantageous.
  • A thorough and methodical organised approach to work with the ability to prioritise and multi-task is essential.
  • Reliable individual with patience and professionalism.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • An ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Willing to show initiative.
